“Relaxploration” = Relax + Exploration.
You may have been living in Hong Kong for a while, but how familiar are you with the city that you are living in? Join us for a stroll around the Wanchai neighbourhood to explore the community. Then arrive to our mats for Yoga relaxation. A morning to connect from the outside world to our inner body.
Blue House and 18 Ship street are one of the main historical buildings you could easily walk pass in Wanchai, one of the oldest district in Hong Kong. Have you ever thought of exploring the history and story hidden behind it? Let’s go back in time and see how time changes our community.
After a walk around the neighbourhood, we arrive to the yoga mat - to our body our own home. Through 1 hour of yoga stretches, we bring our awareness back to our body. Not only with an aim to improving our mobility and flexibility, but simultaneously focusing on directing our attention inwards to our breath, to cultivate calmness, and peacefulness.

About The Organizers:
Loretta and Vivienne are from a family whose four generations have been living in Wanchai. Their familial roots nurtured them to have a strong community bond with Wanchai.
Vivienne is a nurse who travelled to France a few years ago to take a year off for herself. She is always passionate about the histories and cultures in the places she travelled to. After she came back to Hong Kong, she decided to start leading Wanchai tours catering to both tourists and locals. What fascinates her of Wanchai is not only she has been living here for decades, but also the fun stories, interesting history, and changes of the surroundings that has long been ignored.
Loretta has been active throughout her life. Couple years ago, she hurt her lower back and discovered that yoga not only healed her physically, but also strengthened her mental and emotional being. In year 2007, she started to guide yoga classes. She helps people discover themselves through yoga. As a teacher, she aims to further improve one’s physicality and mentality holistically, believing that strength and mindfulness radiates from within.
